Self Catering Suites

The BellaVista Hotel in co. Cork, Ireland, has a wide range of Self-Catering Suites and townhouses situated in a number of locations on the hotel grounds and around the tourist town of Cobh, all within a walking distance of the hotel. Whether you book a town center apartment or an on-site apartment we treat all guests with the same high level of customer service and support. All our Suites are decorated and equipped to a very high standard. All suites include a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and cleaning facilities and a dining/living room area. There are flat-screen TV’s, DVD players, free Wi/fi, hairdryer, Central Heating and complimentary toiletries in all our suites. A number of these suites have beautiful sea views and private balconies. Even though they are Self-Catering Suites we provide full housekeeping services once a week and fresh towels and rubbish removal daily.

Our suites range in size from a 1 bedroom deluxe suite with a private balcony overlooking the harbor sleeping 2 people to a large and spacious 8 bedroom townhouse sleeping, 18 people. With all different sizes in between also available, we can cater for all group sizes.

Deposit & Cancelation Policy

When booking a self-catering suite, our accounts department charge a €100.00 security deposit (based on accommodations with a maximum capacity of 4 guests) or €25.00/guest (based on accommodations with a capacity more than 4 guests) at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. On check in we charge the full value of the booking and on check out we refund the deposit back to you provided the apartment is in the same condition you received it in. Our cancelation policy on self-catering apartments is as follows, if cancelled up to 56 days prior to arrival you just lose your non-refundable deposit. If cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival you lose your deposit + 25% of the booking value, if cancelled within 14 days of arrival date, the full amount of the booking is payable. Card details will be pre-authorised 7 days prior to arrival for the balance due on the booking as per hotel policy.

If cancellation is done due to Covid measure (flight cancellation or travel restrictions) we will not charge any cancellations costs, instead we will keep the deposit or any prepayment for a future booking.

Disability Access Accommodation

At the Bellavista, we give every guest preferential treatment so you can sit back and relax and enjoy your stay. We cater to guests of all abilities and have experience in providing services to guests with specific difficulties. Our hotel has a drop-off point at the front door which is reserved for dropping off elderly guests or providing wheelchair access. As well as this our on-duty receptionist will offer to bring luggage to the room for you for guests of all abilities so you don’t have to worry about anything once you get here. Our property does not have a lift but there are a number of ground-floor self-catering suites and ground floor hotel rooms. The reception, bar, lounge, and restaurant are all on the ground floor also to make life as easy as possible for all guests. Pet Policy

At the Bellavista Hotel, we also have a number of suites where guests can bring their dog or cat to stay with them. These suites are limited however and there is an additional charge of €25 per suite for the pet policy. As these rooms are limited please contact the hotel directly to ensure the availability of this room type. Pets must be house trained and well behaved.


Christmas & New Year 2021


Please take note of the followings before booking accommodation for Christmas 2021.

The hotel will be opened throughout the coming winter season. There won't be any housekeeping services on Christmas Day, however extra towels will be provided the day before.

The China Sea Restaurant will be closed Christmas Day and St. Stephen's Day as per previous years.

There will be no disruptions of services on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
