Deposit & Cancelation Policy
When booking a self-catering suite, apartment or townhouse our accounts department will charge the cost of the 1st night of your reservation at the time of booking to confirm the reservation and the balance is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival date. If cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival the cost of the 1st night will be used as cancellation fee and if cancelled within 14 days of arrival date, the full amount of the booking is payable.
A damage deposit will be pre-authorized from your card at the time of check-in, which is equal to €25.00 by the maximum number of people that the suite, apartment of townhouse can host, as described for each accommodation type or €100.00 damage deposit in respect of accommodation types with a maximum occupancy of up to 2 people. On departure the deposit will be refunded/transaction voided provided that no damage has been done to/in the property and our house rules has not been broken. If cancellations are Covid related and you are outside of the free cancellation period, any amount paid up to the cancellation notice will be automatically credited to an unique e-voucher number equal to the same amount paid. This voucher can be used at a future date which can only be redeemed by contacting reception on the number below. Please note that valid documentation will be required to support the reason for cancellation. Rebooking with your e-voucher is subject to availability upon checking the dates and the difference in price.
At the BellaVista, we give every guest preferential treatment so you can sit back and relax and enjoy your stay. We cater to guests of all abilities and have experience in providing services to guests with specific difficulties. Our hotel has a drop-off point at the front door which is reserved for dropping off elderly guests or providing wheelchair access. As well as this our on-duty receptionist will offer to bring luggage to the room for you for guests of all abilities so you don’t have to worry about anything once you get here. Our property does not have a lift but there are a number of ground-floor self-catering suites and ground floor hotel rooms. The reception, bar, lounge, and restaurant are all on the ground floor also to make life as easy as possible for all guests.
