By completing any Reservation process on this site, Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) agrees to provide you the Customer with the facilities to enable you the Customer book accommodation as is listed in this Reservation process. Use of these reservation facilities is subject to agreement from Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) and is subject to the following terms and conditions. In the event that you the Customer proceed to book accommodation with the Accommodation Provider as defined below, then any contract which you the Customer enter into is entered into strictly between you the Customer and , Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland subject to the reservations terms and conditions of , Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland. It is your responsibility as the Customer to fully acquaint yourself with the terms and conditions of the Bellavista Hotel.
You, the Customer are strongly advised to read the terms and conditions as set out hereunder prior to completing this Reservation process.
Special offers
Special offers are only available during specified periods and are subject to availability and are not available to book on a Fri or Sat night unless a special agreement has been made direct with the hotel , Special offers are not available to book over Bank Holiday week-ends, or on dates that we have special events .However we will try our best to facilitate guests as far as is possible and offer them the best possible rate. Where special bedding requirements are needed , eg. Rooms with 2 or 3 beds, this is not always possible and is at the discretion of the Hotel, all our Special offers are based on 2 people sharing a double room, a surcharge may apply to avail of special offers with specific bedding requirements.
1. 2. 3. To secure your reservation with the Accommodation Provider, you the Customer must enter credit card details of a credit card validly and legally held by you. Where a Deposit is required to secure your booking, these amounts are debited from your credit card by Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) at booking time and are non-refundable.
4. Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) reserves the right to refuse to complete or/and honour a reservation for you the Customer in the event that the details entered by you the Customer in this Reservation process do not meet the requirements as set by Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland).
4.1 Cancellations made via email/telephone:
Please note that all cancellations must be made by contacting the hotel manually either through email, phone or fax. Cancellations may be made by phone during Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) office hours (9.30am – 10.00pm GMT Monday to Sunday). Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) will use its best endeavours to cancel your reservation if requested. You must ensure you receive written confirmation of the cancellation from Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) before the arrival date.
4.2 Changes and guest requests:
Please also note that all requests and changes to a reservation must be made by contacting the hotel manually either through email, phone or fax. We cannot guarantee that any request or changes made by email will be amended in the required time. Amendments may be made by contacting the Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) via either email, phone or fax during Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) office hours (9.30am – 10.00pm GMT Monday – Sunday).
4.3 Valid Credit Card details:
Please note that all credit card details provided must be valid and correct. In the event of your credit card details being declined by our banking partner, notice of which will be provided via either email, phone or fax automatically. It is important that you check all correspondence before you arrive at the hotel. If you do not contact us regarding the declined credit card details, it will be necessary for Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) to cancel your reservation within 3 days of arrival according to Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) policy
4.4 Short notice bookings:
Any reservations made at short notice (ie within less than 24 or 48 hours of arrival) which is not yet processed by the Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) will be subject to availability. In any unlikely event of no or less availability than your the customer’s required number/type of room, Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) will be happy to help you the customer arranging an alternative accommodation to the same or less or greater standard but Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) is not required to do so according to the Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) policy.
5. Actual costs payable are in Euro as indicated in the Reservation process. Indicative alternative currency rates are based on current exchange rates and are subject to fluctuation.
6. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to inform the Accommodation Provider of any new or changed requirements including change in arrival time, departure time or cancellation. You the Customer should note that in the event of a cancellation, a cancellation fee may be charged by the Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) to your the customer’s credit-card account according to the cancellation policy.
7. A proposed reservation shall be null and void in the event that your credit card has passed its expiry date.
8. A proposed reservation shall be null and void in the event that there are insufficient funds available on the credit card to complete the reservation.
9. By completing this Reservation Process, you the Customer authorise the Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) to debit your submitted credit card for the sum of any cancellation costs owed, as set out above.
10. While Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) uses its best endeavours to ensure that the information as supplied to you the Customer and contained in the Reservation Process is accurate and up to date, no liability shall attach to Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) and its servants or agents, in the event that any of the information supplied within the Reservation Process has been altered or amended by the Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) without a prior notice.
11. The laws governing the provision of these facilities shall be the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

Cork, Ireland) as will be irreparable, the exact amount of which would be difficult to ascertain and for which there will be no adequate remedy at law. Cork, Ireland) shall be entitled as a matter of right to an injunction issued by any court of competent jurisdiction, restraining such violation or attempted violation of these terms and conditions by You, or Your affiliates, partners, or agents, as well as recover from You any and all costs and expenses sustained or incurred by Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) in obtaining such an injunction, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees. You agree that no bond or other security shall be required in connection with such injunction.

Cork, Ireland) may terminate this User Agreement and these terms and conditions and/or the provision of any of the services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Such termination shall not effect any right to relief to which Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) and its third party providers and distributors may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement and these terms and conditions, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to CentralR.com and its third party providers or distributors, as applicable.
15. ASSIGNMENT. You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.
16. MODIFICATION. Bellavista Hotel (Bishop’s Rd, Spy Hill, Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland) may at any time modify these terms and conditions and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.
17. ADDITIONAL TERMS. Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, purchases of goods and services and other uses of portions of this site, and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.
18. SEVERABILITY. These terms and conditions shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
19. HEADINGS. The headings used in this User Agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect the terms and conditions herein.
20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This User Agreement, together with any terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this site.
21. CANCELLATION POLICY. This User Agreement, entitles Bellavista Hotel to charge the guest who does not comply with our cancellation/amendment policy to the full or partial amount. In case of a cancellation or any amendment the guest has to inform the hotel directly either by email, phone or fax at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date. Failure to do so will authorize us the Bellavista hotel to debit the credit card or retain the deposit covering first night rental amount. However if booking was made for a special package/deal then Bellavista hotel will debit the card or retain the deposit to the full amount due on the arrival date for the booking in question.
22. Bellavista Hotel reserve the right to charge the guest or the person who’s name was put on the time of reservation to recover the loss or the damage done to the property or to any relevant thing to the property and also reserve the right not to let the guest or the whole group to enter the property with or without the help of the local authorities and to take legal actions against the guest.
Bellavista Hotel, Bellavista Hotel & Self Catering Suites, Bellavista Self Catering Apartments, Harleys B&B, Harleys Guest House, Harleys Bed and Breakfast, West View Apartment are all trading names of Bellavista House Hotel and are operating under the above terms of conditions.
